He has created a team with no movement, no pace, no vision, no physical presence and playing a system that clearly DOES not work. We had nearly 70% possession in the first half with no shots on goal. .FFS
We have 12 games left to rescue our season, keeping him would all but end our chances of promotion. Attendances are dropping, fans have had enough of watching this boring drivel every home game. Get him out now whilst we still have a chance of the 3rd promotion place..

Leaders. We're lacking leaders. I don't mean players who are 6ft and abuse everyone in sight. But players who have the courage to try something out of the ordinary - think Bostock or Crowley. We're still without McGoldrick and "minor setback" sounds like PR to me with regards to Jones so I don't know who will step up in the meantime but something needs adjusting.

Too many happy to stick to the plan and just keep the ball without any penetration.

With regards to Maynard it reeks of the same lethargy and staleness that saw last season fizzle out by April. A coach's role is to get the best out of the players (see Chicksen under Williams) he's been given and I'm sorry to say but if the only way he can produce results is with everyone fit then he needs to step aside.

Chicksen under Williams was a delight in non league and average in L2. But he did get the best out of him. He definitely did not get the best out of Baldwin who is doing fantastic things at Bradford. Managers are chalk and cheese at this level. Maynard won't manage much higher, Williams reached his zenith at Swansea is my prediction. Football Radar is about "value" and getting the best out of not a lot. There will be negative vibes if we do not push on next season but I reckon we will. Year too early. Under Maynard? Not sure.

This is where I?m at. Get someone in, kick them up the ar$e and grab the last 12 games (or more) by the scruff of the neck - that may or may not result in promotion but at least it?ll give us a fighting chance.

Keeping him is terminal to our chances but I feel our unambitious owners will do exactly that as we fester for another season and crowds plummet.
