He doesn't have a clue as to how best utilise the squad at his disposal
People keep saying this but what should he do ?

Everyone said Johnson, Edwards and Grant needed dropping he has done that, take a look at the bench last night who really deserves to start ??

This is the issue with the model fans have gone after Maynard as I knew they would when he didnt put the squad together he is head coach not manager.

My issue has always been players recruitment questions should be directed at Montague/replacement like in Europe.

How would people like it at work if something out of your control went wrong and you took all the blame ? I know they know the job but its getting a joke every game he doesnt win he should be sacked.

I think sine of our fans have got too entitled ever since the Wrexham battles.

I don?t think it?s really an issue of personnel or formations, we just don?t seem able to play with any intensity or intent at home, and haven?t all season. Including when Jones, Crowley and McGoldrick were all here and available. We?re more likely to win with them, obviously, but the same issues were there.

It stems right back to the opening home game against Fleetwood, when we were as flat as a pancake for most of it before rallying to rescue a point right at the end.

We currently sit in a very good position, 3 points off 3rd with a game in hand. Clearly recent performances have been, at best, disappointing. The reality though is that if we manage to win on Saturday things will look a whole lot rosier than they do today. IMO we need to keep the faith, not debate sacking the head coach every time we don't play like League Two's answer to prime Barcelona.

If you can't be honest to yourself you can never be honest at all, this seems to be more wishful thinking than actually based on how the Team are playing.

It is very worrying looking at the next 4 games:

    Wimbledon A
    Grimsby A
    Chesterfield H
    Crewe H

I really can't see a win in any of them.

If you are honest with yourself you'll undoubtedly note that, as we've seen all season, anyone can beat anyone in this edition of League Two. Barrow's win last night proves that. Yes, they are indeed difficult-looking games, there's no denying that, of course.

The answer was no when this thread began.

For the record, it is still no.
