Yeah, he did well with his goal, huge slice of luck but took his chance well, just thought it was disrespectful of Tsaroulla not going on LWB straight away. The goal came after the switch to four at the back

IMO we need to keep the faith, not debate sacking the head coach every time we don't play like League Two's answer to prime Barcelona.
If you can't be honest to yourself you can never be honest at all, this seems to be more wishful thinking than actually based on how the Team are playing.

It is very worrying looking at the next 4 games:

    Wimbledon A
    Grimsby A
    Chesterfield H
    Crewe H

I really can't see a win in any of them.

This is the issue with the model fans have gone after Maynard as I knew they would when he didnt put the squad together he is head coach not manager.

My issue has always been players recruitment questions should be directed at Montague/replacement like in Europe.

How would people like it at work if something out of your control went wrong and you took all the blame ? I know they know the job but its getting a joke every game he doesnt win he should be sacked.

I think sine of our fans have got too entitled ever since the Wrexham battles.
    Oh not again! Ain?t happening.

Out of interest now that our former head of recruitment was headhunted (yes another one) who would you want questions aimed at? Our recruiter has been recruited at championship level. Must be a good sign.

Although I don?t blame recruitment at all, overall it?s been good, I do agree after every game we drop points people want the head coach sacked and he gets called an idiot however ridiculous, unrealistic and impractical that would be at this stage of the season

Wimbledon have been like us flakey recently with some very poor results also but at home they are generally superb so tough game.

I fancy us to get something at Grimsby. Although they will be well up for it as usual if you think we are putting in poor performances and getting disappointing results take a look at Chesterfield. In horrible form so another positive result there.

We struggle against Crewe?s we need star men back or it?s a defeat.

If you are honest with yourself you'll undoubtedly note that, as we've seen all season, anyone can beat anyone in this edition of League Two. Barrow's win last night proves that. Yes, they are indeed difficult-looking games, there's no denying that, of course.

I disagree with that. Everytime we put in a crap performance that could be attributed partially to him he gets flak (which is nothing more than walking away from the ground muttering and shaking your head)
It would be a bad sign if there were no comments after a poor performance, at least it shows we care.

When we put in a crap performance or one at Fleetwood which wasn?t crap he gets flak of course the buck stops with him as we all know and he will know. Its the default position even if the flak should be aimed elsewhere on occasions like at Fleetwood.

There will always be comments, there should always be comment but calling him a complete idiot or demanding he is sacked because of the last half dozen games is ridiculous, unrealistic and impractical. Isn?t it?

Oh for the days of walking away from the ground muttering, shaking your head and having a moan with your mates in the pub afterwards and then quickly forgotten once you got home

People were calling him during and after the Fleetwood game who clearly weren?t watching the game.
The guys no Pep but we?ve seen managers people saying we should have been more ambitious and got, I.e Mike Williamson and Scott Lindsay?s and they?ve gone to ambitious clubs spending money and look where those 2 clubs are.

I dont buy it?s an extremely weak league, if it was MK dons could have employed Mike Bassett and be romping it. I think the reality is a lot of clubs have invested this year with the 3 really big spenders promoted last season seeing it ans an opportunity and we?re just left with a very competitive league from top to bottom, weekly results certainly suggest that.

My point is people say XYZ player is useless etc all 3 players labelled that were left out last night so if the players we have are useless I want to know why our HEAD COACH is being blamed for that.

His remit is to coach them and set them up but if they are useless you can be Ancelotti Simeone Klopp it makes no odds you can?t polish turds.

I don?t know who heads up the role of Montague yes he must have done a good job but he isn?t or shouldn?t be bullet proof either I?m not asking him to be interviewed every week but once in a while front up and take some responsibility for the players you bought in.
