I?m going to put my tin hat on, because I know I am likely to get pelted with alsorts for saying what I?m about to. On paper it looks like a good win. But, I wouldn?t get too carried away over today?s performance. We played a team who are struggling badly, and went down too 10 men after 20 minutes. I am still finding it very difficult to take to Parker?s way of playing. It?s still largely very uninspiring. Very slow paced, and lacks a lot in intensity and passion. We play football like we don?t have a care in the world. While we can play at the pace we want to, we?re ok. But my concern would be, if we play someone who really comes at us with real intensity we might struggle. It?s Particularly concerning if we are in the playoffs. Teams do tend to really go for it, and I?m not convinced we have the gears too go up so too speak. Just my opinion

Tuesday night will show whether or not you are right CC, WBA will be competing and coming to Turf Moor to win. A proper test of our credentials methinks.

We can’t do much more than we are at the moment. Our last two home games both 4-0 wins and if Luton shot themselves in the foot Sheffield Wednesday were a bigger test of our credentials. We are keeping the pressure on at the top. Cardy said after the Luton game we need to keep the accelerator flat to the floorboards now. West Brom will be tough and we need to win again.

The only teams we have beat convincingly are relegation fodder and teams with 10 men.Any half decent team and we struggle to create anything.Basher showed what we are missing yesterday-a CF who gets in the right positions and buries his one chance-shame he is no longer quick enough to feature regularly.

23 league games undefeated , 3 straight wins scoring 10 & conceding 1goal in those 3 games , 3rd in the league , 2 points off top spot .

I saw the highlights of the Portsmouth v Leeds game.Leeds had 3 or 4 easy chances to score and MOM was the Pompey goallkeeper.That's why we like football,you just never know,roll on tomorrow and if you go make a noise and get behind the boys.
