But you are the one that's on here stating you were delighted that your neighbour had to fork out thousands to move it. Most normal people would have said 'unfortunately' or 'as a result of an error by the council' but no, you were 'delighted'. What does that make you?

My next neighbour never told us that he was planning to erect a wind turbine next to his house and the first time we found out about it was when we driving down the road towards our house and noticed that the wind turbine had been erected.
The following morning I phoned Argyll and Bute Council Planning department and spoke to Tim Williams who was the planning officer responsible dealing with my next door neighbour?s planning application to erect a 2.5KW Provan wind turbine next to his house.
Tim Williams told me that our house did not exist on his plans.
I replied “If our house is not situated on your plans then I will stop paying our Band E council tax to Argyll and Bute Council with immediate effect”.
Tim Williams then sheepishly admitted that he had used out of date plans and he had found our house which had been built over three years before on new his plans!
Yet another shambles by Argyll and Bute Council staff.
I was astounded that my next door neighbour had installed his wind turbine as he is an ornithologist (Bird watcher) and it was a well known fact at the time that the spinning blades of wind turbines cut birds to ribbons.

But does it explain why you were so delighted that the neighbour had to fork out thousands to move it?

That whole exchange just shows you up as the bitter and selfish individual that you are.
