    Yes that's what I was referring to. An interesting system and perhaps a potential future cash bonus for lower league teams taking players on loan who go on to 'make it big' in the game. Perhaps that's one of the little advantages of playing 'pretty football' at this level and attracting loans from PL clubs because the style matches?
