Yeah man, exactly.
Media - Where's Isak gonna be next season? Liverpool, Arsenal, Man U (hahahaha seriously that has been a links, what a joke), Barcelona. Ever story, every segment on Talkshyte, LieSportNews has 'Experts' detailing exactly why each club is perfect for Isak and why Isak is absolutely nailed on to go to each club. Then at the very end they give like 30 seconds round up that 'Newcastle aren't gonna want to sell him cheap.' Always dismissive tones to their comments about us.
We're direct competitors for Arsenal and LiVARpool, beating both to the League Cup Title this season. We aren't a selling club. Our owners are richer than all the US owners combined & they aren't the sort of people who sell their prize possessions.
The media know if there is any chance of sabotaging Newcastle's rise is to destabilise the players and 'turn their heads'. Isak is absolutely dedicated & committed to Newcastle's project and wants to win everything with us. Eddie Howe is keeps improving. Criticised fornot being a winner. Well, he's put that to bed... He's proven to be a winner. This will be the first not the last as Sheikh Yasir told the fans whilst hoisting the club in front of the toon army at Wembley.
Of all the managers in the Premier League, aside from Pep, the only true WORLD CLASS manager in the Premier League, Eddie Howe is the most progressive and best manager.
The Fella at Bournemouth, Andoni Iraola has done amazing things. Probably gonna be at Chelsea when they sack Maresca in the summer, or Spurs will come snivelling when Ange gets binned. However, he's won nothing and Bournemouth bought well in the summer which in an inconsistent season, they're over achieving. As Potter found at Chelsea, stepping up to one of those cartel clubs is a completely different animal.
Slott is living off Klipperty's legacy. Like Big M-Ange, 2nd season syndrome is real. With Trent leaving for Real, Salah leaving for Al Nasr in the summer & VVD potentially being released we'll see the true qualities of the Dutchman. Will he maintain the title challenge without the 3 players that have won everything with the club, the spine of the team? Time will tell.
Credit to him for this season, he'll win the league in his first term fair play. Can't take that away from him. Given the choice, I wouldn't trade Eddie Howe for Slott.
