All he needs to do is to get them playing for the shirt, not long ball all the time, and put a couple of wins on the points total to keep us in L1 and then we reset and go again.
I would like to see TS give RS his director role back and let him make a statement about longer term recruitment and youth development strategy, with a positive statement from Hamshaw on that approach as well. I think the club also needs to look at moving PD into a non-footballing role (commercial director) and bring in a experienced football CEO to work with RS, the manager/coach and the youth set up.
A restructure will benefit the club and in my view allow TS to enjoy seeing what he has done for the town without having to get too involved everyday.
Fully agree with this - bigger changes are definitely needed like reinstating Rob Scott as director of football which for me was the correct decision in the first place.

With Evans departure there are three League One clubs in Yorkshire without a permanent manager. Surely this has never happened before.

I have criticised Mr Evans and think Mr Stewart has made the right decision. But I can't help feeling sorry for SE. I think he genuinely loves the club and worked hard. I wish him well for the future. The players downed tools yesterday and delivered the coup de grace. But they took might pay for this

How about a role reverse in that Hammy employs Warney to become our fitness coach for a short while, so to show some of the lazy feckers just what fitness is and should be?

Warney back in any capacity. That's the end of my nearly 60 years watching Roth U.

Good. Root and branch needed and nobody should be immune. TS needs to hand over the reigns in June. New board members sought. Break up the old pals brigade
