All he needs to do is to get them playing for the shirt, not long ball all the time, and put a couple of wins on the points total to keep us in L1 and then we reset and go again.
I would like to see TS give RS his director role back and let him make a statement about longer term recruitment and youth development strategy, with a positive statement from Hamshaw on that approach as well. I think the club also needs to look at moving PD into a non-footballing role (commercial director) and bring in a experienced football CEO to work with RS, the manager/coach and the youth set up.
A restructure will benefit the club and in my view allow TS to enjoy seeing what he has done for the town without having to get too involved everyday.
So you want to sack Steve Coakley as well? I don't necessarily disagree but why do you think PD would do a better job as Commercial Director because personally I think it's highly unlikely?

I think we need a new coo or ceo, I don?t think TS will sack of so he has to go somewhere. The main point is the club needs a restructure and refocus
