I think weve got a lot of quality and on the bench. Its more a case of belief and mentality in front of goal. We had 70% possession yesterday. We can play through all the teams in this division without exception. We have the quality. Only Grant showed a willingness to hit the ball on target yesterday. This is the only thing stopping us.

The pattern goes on that we can?t beat sides that have squads of similar quality to us. Especially away from home. We match them, maybe edge the game but always struggle to win.

Making the playoffs would be great but we won?t win in that and it would be a disaster for fans if we went up with this crop. Southampton were better prepared than us.

I agree with various posters that we have a significant mentality problem, that goes beyond Mowbray and Corberan.

That said, I haven?t seen Mowbray outsmart an opponent yet and his subs yesterday were far too late.

The only way this changes is to be bold and drop the mentality drainers.
