I think putting in place Hamshaw and Warrington for the rest of the season makes sense, it gives them a chance to prove themselves and it means the club can work in the background to look for alternatives if required.
All he needs to do is to get them playing for the shirt, not long ball all the time, and put a couple of wins on the points total to keep us in L1 and then we reset and go again.
I would like to see TS give RS his director role back and let him make a statement about longer term recruitment and youth development strategy, with a positive statement from Hamshaw on that approach as well. I think the club also needs to look at moving PD into a non-footballing role (commercial director) and bring in a experienced football CEO to work with RS, the manager/coach and the youth set up.
A restructure will benefit the club and in my view allow TS to enjoy seeing what he has done for the town without having to get too involved everyday.
