Wouldn?t it be great if we all could just get behind the decision till the end of the season?

Wrong, here's the statement from Derby County:

First Team Coach Matt Hamshaw and First Team Goalkeeper Coach Andy Warrington have made the decision to step down from their roles at Derby County, following the recent departures of former Head Coach Paul Warne and Assistant Head Coach Richie Barker.

Hamshaw and Warrington were given the opportunity to remain part of the coaching set-up moving forward under new Head Coach John Eustace, but the club fully respects their decisions.

    ^This ^

For better or worse we are a very quirky club. We've had many "outsiders" over the last 10 years and they have all failed. The current set up at RUFC demands a manager that is familiar with the club, warts and all. Hamshaw fits the bill perfectly.

We may have to tread this path until TS et al finally move on and there's a significant change at the top... and this isn't a dig at TS btw.

Just looked Derby coaching staff with new manager they have an Assistant Head coach 1st team/goalkeeper coaches so I can't see where Hamshaw Warrington would have roles there no ones they had.

Warne despised Evans and particularly the way he bullied people so probably, if he did learn anything from him, it was that you shouldn't behave like that.
Not sure most folk would need Evans to be there boss to learn how not to be a ?

I know you resent ever admitting you're wrong but use your brain gru. They were forced to bring those in to replace Hamshaw and Warrington. If they'd stayed the new coaches wouldn't be there.

Didn't the new manager bring his own coaching staff in 1st? before Hamshaw Warrington stepped down from their roles at Derby?

Two of the coaches came in before, The Goalkeeper coach came in after. Also remember that bigger clubs with bigger budgets often operate with several coaches rather than the bare minimum that we do.

I don't know why you can't accept that Hamshaw and Warrington weren't sacked?
