Is it really a good idea to make Hammy temporary?

Just looked Derby coaching staff with new manager they have an Assistant Head coach 1st team/goalkeeper coaches so I can't see where Hamshaw Warrington would have roles there no ones they had.

I know you resent ever admitting you're wrong but use your brain gru. They were forced to bring those in to replace Hamshaw and Warrington. If they'd stayed the new coaches wouldn't be there.
