If he keeps arguing with the Chairman in public might not see the season out.

Board asked him if he wanted a striker pre-season he said no.

Board asked him if he wanted a keeper in January he said no.

Not really done himself any favours as he?

The lack of game time for Ramazani really is criminal.

He ripped Sheff U a new arsehole in the home game and if memory serves me right he was the Summerville replacement.

Just do not get why he has hardly played him.

For crying out loud both linesman gave the offsides don't blame them on one.
Bamf looked better than piroe did all game.
The rest of the changes should not have been made as we went backwards.
James looked cooked guy needs a rest.

Thought Gnonto looked good and Schmidt too - mystery why he hasn?t had more game time as he can play.

    Fishing, again ? 🤣

Great teams are more than the sum of their parts as they combine every individuals talents & contributions, using collaboration & thinking differences to create better outcomes.

Leaders know that this collaborative innovation requires dedicated time for reflection & exploration.

Consistently applying above principles laid out can have dramatic impacts on anyones life & career, just needs hard graft too imo.

But I am often singled out as not being part of the 99.9% because of my required consistent disciplined use of sciences to improve my individual everyday life quality through rewiring my brain which requires the full commitment of your cognitive functioning & cannot occur while your distracted. Deep work is challenging & requires sustained focus to beat my illness.

Daniel Pink is one of the few non-fiction authors alive today capable of filtering the work of so many 'scientific-minds' through his original human stories onto the page.
Reading his books, H, can be time well spent particularly his theory of motivation, detailed in his book Drive which is an insight into how important motivation is in mind, body, life & career.

Oh, fishing is great when you fully understand how to make them bite to catch.👍
