I'm fully expecting the scoreboard to make a spectacle of itself. 0-0

Bobby Madley reffing so I don't expect any favours from the whistleblower.

Here's another fact about how stingy their defence is... in 40 games in the League, they have conceded just 12 goals. We need a worldy from someone or a Bobby Blunder where he mistakenly gives us a penalty... like that'll ever happen.
Reminded of three years ago v Fulham. Similar time of year, same sort of weather, they were going up while we were on the way down and we were given no chance especially once we’d gone 0-1 down early doors. The outcome? A magnificent 2-1 home win.
Full of doubt, but oh for some more of the same tonight.

Don't think he will ever be forgiven for his horror show vs burnley back in McClarens first season.

On the goals conceded, you never know, I seem to recall in our last PL season we played Man United and they hadn't conceded for loads of games but we scored. We let 4 in though.
I remember Ronaldo diving for a penalty right in front of us, Andy Griffiths was about 3 yards behind him, can't believe it got awarded

Credit where it's due, I think Madley had his best game yet reffing a Rams game.

Thoroughly deserved point against the side that were top going into the game.

Completely agree on both counts. Good refereeing performance…the ‘dog botherer’ rumour was just a bit of mindless internet malice put about by a sad Leeds fan because Madley is a rival Huddersfield (Terriers) fan, Sith.

Probably a fair result although we came closest to snatching an unlikely win imo. Great commitment from us and little to choose between the sides once we’d survived the first 20 odd minutes.

Portsmouth on Saturday so important, but we’re still out of the bottom three and in with a shout of survival which few would have thought likely just a month ago.

A good point, shame we lost to Swansea but as you say we still in with a good chance of staying up. Going down to the wire though.

Many who attended think Clarke robbed Yates of a golden opportunity right at the end but I beg to differ, I've looked at the incident on Youtube and IMO Yates was (as regretably he often is) a bit ahead of the play, which you can see from his body shape and the flight of the ball pre-intervention from Clarke. I think he'd have missed it or only have been able to play it backwards, and yes he scored a worldy in a similar situation earlier in the season but that was only similar, not the same.

Not a great game but a battling performance
