Limahl sang a song about this in the 1980s. Visionary or spooky? The truth is out there; somewhere........

With Ajayi more than likely leaving and a decision to be made in Holgate that leaves only Taylor and Heggem. Not too unhappy to see another year of Bartley as long as Taylor gets some play time.

I think we?ll have interest in Heggem this summer too?

I would love us to buy Harry Darling from Swansea (25 years old) a great player. Consistent and involved in everything.

If Ajay stays, he will be missing for around 8 weeks for the African cup in December and January

Understood baggiematt buddy. However, I’d of preferred a delay in the Bartley extension ensuring he shows commitment for the end of this seasons games. Now it’s renewed, I don’t think he is particularly concerned and will just see the season fizzle out.

It?s been based on appearances Prando.

Bartley is capable and engaged in my opinion. The gaffer is the problem here

Thanks for the info. Presumably therefore we had no contractual option ?
I’m not convinced that he is a good supportive influence on the team. Certainly not a motivational Skipper.
