Unfortunately we are lumbered with Beyer and he will leave on a free when the time comes
This boy had plenty of talent Ballcock don?t forget in promotion season he was brilliant - and he started the Premiership injured and then made it worse the rest is history as when they tried to put it right they made it worse / weaker than the first time.

He does need to prove himself but what would say is you don?t captain Germany s under 21 if you don?t have the talent.

I did post on another thread he needs to prove he can step up though - my fingers are crossed for him as I think he deserves that chance for himself and he?s in debt to Burnley really suffering as he has.

The captain of the German under-21's cannot possibly be a bad player. Get him fully fit, get him on the grass and it will be like signing a new player.

He is a good player at championship level but at Premier League level no so good

I thought we were poor defencivly under Kompany in our promotion season. I even said at the time and was proved right (has I have been proved right about Scott Parker being a top manager) that we will struggle in the Premier league because our defence isn't good enough. I can only think of the Watford and Sunderland game this season when we have gifted the opposition chances, it was in most games under Kompany

With Beyer I'd like to see him fully recovered from injury with a full pre-season under his belt and see how he goes. Give the lad a chance eh ballcock?

By the way, what do you suggest we do with army88's love child?

It would be ridiculous not to give a FULLY fit Beyer a chance. Nothing to lose everything to gain.
