Given that there have been a couple of players yellow and red carded for catching an opponent in the follow-through, even when they've played the ball first, Hearts can't really moan.

Devlin was nowhere near the bloody ball.

The one where; Devlin was involved with Knoesters, which resulted in Knoesters getting booked for squaring up to him should have seen him walk too.

Nobody with a fuctioning pair of eyes could have watched that game on Saturday and claim Beaton was out to screw Hearts. He gave very little to us. Every little 50/50 decision seemed to go in their favour, with a few ironic cheers given when he did eventually give us something.

It won't happen, but I hope the SFA come down on them for that statement.

I'm happy for a club to speak out if they feel they have been wronged, but nothing happened on Saturday to warrant that statement from Hearts.

There is a lot to be said for not washing you dirty linen in public.
