As most managers are failures. Many fail and go onto better things etc, some never do as well as they have done?

SM is still learning, should we build from the ground up, support with coaches as we had before etc?

Do we really want to throw the baby out with the bath water?


Many on here said at the start of the season, as long as we improve on last seasons position, we are progressing.
