Jimmy has been shortlisted for Manager of the Year award from the Scottish Football Writers Association.

Good stuff.
First season in charge of what was a rapidly declining club (almost in free-fall) first season away from his native Sweden and their league. And with the exception of that poor run in the middle. Then on reflection this nomination is well deserved and glad to see that his efforts have been recognized.
He probably wont be anywhere near winning it, but a cup semi and a final as well as probably top 4 finish in the league in his first season with what he walked in to and inherited is a very decent first season by any managers standards.
If it was not for that utter horrific run of results in the middle.................. Onwards and upwards congrats Jimmy for the well deserved nomination.

This is not a joke?I have only seen the team do training the once (and even at that there was very little structure to it) when I have passed the training ground. Maybe they train at night or don?t use the facilities provided by Dave Cormack which might explain their absence or lack of attendance.
Just a thought?but this could easily explain why we can hardly string a few decent passes together.
He won?t be getting manager of the month for May (which is a great pity).

How the f*ck would you know what they do at their training by passing the training ground once?

The main area the team do their training is away from the public glare to avoid zoomers turning up to watch them.

I pass their training ground plenty of times each week and can offer no insight into the training regime.

We need to try to ignore him. He's a parasite who feeds on other peoples anger and frustration towards him. Like most such pests, cut off its food source and it soon vanishes!

You are not reading what I was saying correctly?.i have only seen them once at training (I have passed by numerous times) and obviously disappointed we don?t use our training facilities properly.
Poor Dave Cormack and his cohorts spent approximately ?12m for nothing in return.

That?s why I hark on about the team being lazy?.i am not trying to be annoying but just giving an honest opinion.

It might not sit well having a go at our team with some of you but I like the idea of them working hard and achieving things rather than giving up so easily.

Try and look past your needless hate for a poster who is only giving a view on the evidence that has been shown.

When you pass the training ground at various different times and don?t even see more than a couple of cars parked up with no one in site you know straight away training isn?t happening there?it?s not rocket science.

Aberdeen FC are letting standards decline and even this season at times Thelin talked about not spending enough time being able to train players. Look at how they play the game and tell me they train hard to achieve what they do. They look like a team who train as little as possible.
