Oddoffin was being monitored by Wednesday but that may be gone now DR looks like he has moved on. In any case, he wants championship football and he won’t be here come August.

The points about homegrown talent is true but JJ is not a future hope or indeed a reliable squad member. He is brittle and can’t string more that one or two appearances together. Besides that, he is garbage and nowhere near div one level. I’m not sure he is even football league standard and the stats support that. Holmes - well he looks like a fish out of water. This is professional football, albeit not a great level but never the less he hasn’t got the game to play at this level. So, all this points towards a very very negative situation. I’ll give TS the benefit of the doubt because he might back MH but so far, so not good.

The league next year will not have a runaway Birmingham but it will be competitive. As it stands, I am worried. It wouldn’t surprise me to see Donny, hudds, Bradford, Barnsley and Chesterfield (if they make it) all have bigger budgets that us. It could be a tough battle with a novice at the helm.
Thanks for the reply, I will disagree with you on JJ I think he will come good, Homes is the one I am more surprised at, I see a lot of lower league football there are many out there who look good but lack the confidence and game know how to step up, I put Homes in that category, let's hope he proves me wrong.

The one I really like is McGuckin I was appalled by the treatment he received from Evans, recalled from a loan when flying put into the team away at Barnsley hauled off and scapegoated at half time and subsequently told he was not wanted. No wonder his confidence was low when he went back to Yeovil. I think Hamshaw is just what he needs.

Finally you may be right about Haks and Cam, personally think there is no chance of Cam staying, I am a little more hopeful with Haks but expect there will be a better offer for him, a lot depends on who the new Huddersfield gaffer his, however who in there right mind would go and work for that owner?
