    Never been one

To shout for managers head, but need to question him after yesterday, Finlay Robertson is no more than an average Championship player, yet he plays him in front of Garza and Sylla, even plays a centre half in midfield, looks like there?s been some kind of fall out in the changing room, a wee bit honesty will help fans understand why it?s happening

Agree with that. THe laddie should be nowhere near our starting eleven, but he is not the only one. Why it took so long to sub Tiffoney is a mystery as well, but why not Sylla?

I think the lack of information about Sylla is actually harming TD. If he is on the bench but will not play, is the benefit to the team that he is part of the club and is nursing an injury?

It could be that Sylla has fallen out with the manager but due to a lack of players he is sitting on the bench to make up the numbers.

If things run true to form Nelms will wait too long before sacking Tony Docherty and Gordon Strachan will advise Nelms who to appoint as the next Dundee FC manager. Strachan’s pal Mark McGhee is still available to have another attempt as the Dundee FC manager.

Most managers would not accept that state of affairs. If Sylla is part of the club then I think explaining why he can't play would help both TD and Sylla. Fans understand management decisions, they might disagree with them, but creating a situation where speculation is the basis of the discussion seems poor. Facts, that would help, imo.

I remember sitting next to Sam Fisher?s father in the Main Stand at a home game in the second half of the 2022-23 season after Sam Fisher had been recalled from a successful loan spell at Dunfermline. Sam Fisher was one of the subs and his father told me that Sam would not be coming on a substitute which is what happened. Sam Fisher was sitting on the subs bench to make up the numbers.
Sam Fisher?s father also told me that Sam was not selected to play in his preferred position. From memory I think that Sam Fisher?s preferred position was centre half but he was picked to play at right back which he could also play. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sam_...sh_footballer)

Not really sure what Sam Fisher has anything to do with our current situation, but he’s been on loan with Stenhousemuir, so hardly setting the heather alight since he left us.

Hearts away he subbed Seb in 27 minutes and put on Fin Robertson. We won that match?

    Certainly not because of Finn
