There is definitely signs of unrest between the players and the manager. A few home truths were told towards the manager about his decisions on nearly everything.

That in my book is a recipe for disaster especially when the next match is at home to the league winners.

The Turnip has massive calls to make in his team selection for this next game?his next line up will be very interesting.

Clearing the air usually means signs of unrest.

Can't help think that this is all a bit of mind games in the run up to the cup final.

Was it 1970 that Celtic turned up to the final with champagne, thinking they just had to turn up to win.

A 1970 upset would be just Dandy. 👍
I certainly hope there isnt unrest in the squad.

Wasnt there unrest in the squad under Goodwin then Robson and then Warnock.

If the players arent happy with Thelin then who is it they are wanting to manage them?

I cant see them being happy about being asked to constantly launch the ball into box when Stephen Robinson takes over from Thelin next season.

If this the case and there is some sort of unrest, then that is how I see it.

Hopefully the below link works. This is where the "clear the air" quote comes from.

A lot of talk in the last 24 hours about how much money we have spent on transfer fees but how much money have we spent on hiring and firing all of the managers we have had in past 5 years.

Dave Cormack must be getting pissed off splashing the cash on paying these managers off because the players arent happy with what they are being asked to do.

I still like and rate Jimmy. I didn't expect a magic wand to make this season far better than last season, but yet we are in the top six and have a cup final to contest

I wanted a top six finish and decent cup runs, so for me he has exceeded expectations. I know why others will disagree and I can understand it to a point. Maybe I am just a lazy loser and part of the problem at the club.

We win the cup on the 24th and all the negativity goes away and we can concentrate on next season.

I am sure if forums and such things existed in 79, there would have been grumblings about Ferguson and the players.

At Millers too slow. We need mare pace at the back. We'll niver win onything we Rougvie in the team, brings nithin. Strachans to wee, send him back to Dundee!

Let?s be honest, none of us would be moaning. We were winning trophies regularly and would compete against any team. Our players would snarl at their opponents and our manager was further ahead tactically and as a coach than the rest of the league put together. Winning 2 European trophies being a pinnacle as well.
Win just 1 more and i promise to stop pointing out flaws in our team/club

Win the league and i will stop for 1 season

Strangely enough in Alex Fergusons first season as Aberdeen manager in 78/79 we finished 4th in the league, reached the league cup final and the Scottish Cup semi final.

The way some people go on about the Fergie years its like he won every single game without conceding a goal.

That is indeed about the size of it.

Self-appointed experts can go suck Doncaster?s stroop.

You?re not having a go at the greatest manager in our club?s history?
After his 1st season he knew exactly what was required and we were far better off for it.
That mentality doesn?t exist in the current club. We are full of nice timid people at the club who won?t change or can?t change.
Let?s not try and compare Jimmy Turnip to Alex Ferguson. There is absolutely no similarity. Ferguson was a winner full stop?Thelin is just another nobody manager that will face the axe when people realise he is a farce.
