All I want is for us to give it a damn good go and not be conservative.
There is one big thing in our favour.
Wimbledon will be overwhelming favourites - and that can sometimes be dangerous.
I appreciate the tongue in cheek, but you just never know what might happen when you're forced to roll the dice!
I think a front two of Traore and Morias just might have a spark. Traore has a touch of quality on the ball and Morias will work his balls off as long as he's fit enough. Whitaker has an eye for goal but I fear would be too lightweight against this opponent. Grant will almost certainly play and has been showing a little bit more of late, but we'll need a lot more on Saturday if we're going to turn things around.

At the end of the day, it's about how much the players want it. Everything negative that happens to a player is an opportunity for another player.
All of Notts players are professionals - not just a few guys who turn up at the club to kick a ball around. Whoever plays has the chance to make a name for themselves. If they get picked and don't 'turn up', then they've missed their opportunity.
it will take some manager to get us through this one , The Top scorer OUT and the most influential creative player we have at present injured and OUT. its going to take a Genius of a manager to pull a rabbit out of the hat on this one !!
PS - is DMG out OR is it a cunning plan, bluff and double bluff ! OK hes out , or is he !?
On the plus side, surely we've now exhausted all of the bad luck?![]()
That's it!! Criticise the owners before we've even played the 2nd leg! They've only got us in the playoffs a few times...Wembley, a promotion and a fan base that has almost doubled since we were absolutely shiiiiiiiiit.
They've got a lot of signings absolutely correct..
Should I list them or would that be considered 'happy clappy'?
Anyway...they've got a few things wrong this season but that's human error...it happens to all of us.
Notts have made some absolutely blistering signings in the past few years....and with that there will be some not so good ones.
Welcome to football.
They have also spent Cash on players as well as massaged the continued debt we carry ! I love it how some fans wants to spend the owners hard earned cash like it was going out of fashion. We know the model and its sustainability. You don't get that by spaffing your money up the wall at the drop of a hat. I have a feeling the Brothers have had time to deliberate the Cowley situation and have investigated the list of potentials who might be the replacement for his skills and vision. If the money allows then I'm sure they will go after the identified target or the next on the list etc, etc . Not the usual panicked, rushed, hurried uneducated scatter gun reaction and approach to get someone in for the sake of it that most clubs adopt. The Brothers seem to have got more right than wrong so if its not broke don't fix it !!! i know who i trust and its not an ill informed keyboard warrior from Sneinton Heights ! That is all. x
