I want to see City nailed to a wall for the good of football. They should be treated like Rangers and ex communicated. But they won't, money talks.

Treated like Rangers? Glasgow Rangers went bankrupt and ceased to exist. The new company, Rangers FC Ltd, formed to continue the club, wanted to remain in the SPL, SFA/SPL rules saw them start in tier 4 of the Scottish pyramid.
