Supporting the Dons is just so addictive. When you're thinking of giving it up, something draws you back into it.

Well done to Dundee United and Hibernian beating us in league positions this season.
Even with us spending far more than both of them put together their managers still got more out of their players than what our incumbent did with our lot.
We might still lift a trophy though just to bring a bit light to the end of the tunnel.

    You are 100% trolling us.

We certainly spent way more than Utd, but Hibs I'm not so sure on.

Possible that Hibs spend way more than us on wages and they will spend big this summer too.

McGrath will be on way more at Hibs than our offer to him was and ours wasn't sweetie money.

Oh aye and f*ck both Hibs and Utd.

Who and where did Hibs spend money of note on? We spent more than the rest of the league put together (obviously except Celtic and Rangers). 100 percent not trolling as it?s true

They spent ?600k on Keiron Bowie this season.

They signed some Dutch striker for around ?700k last season and paid transfer fees for a few other players in the past few seasons.

Yes we definitely did spend more than the rest of the league (except Celtic and Rangers) put together and that is 100 percent a fact.

As for McGrath?that is next season and he obviously will be a Hibs player. Absolutely no loss in my eyes. What I do know is wages weren?t a problem but the length of contract was the issue. He chose a Hibs only because of a longer contract.

Aberdeen have their name third highest wages spend in the Scottish Premiership and that is of absolutely no surprise except to the people who for some reason don?t want to hear it.
Dave Cormack will tell you this himself as he often talks about how our wage expenditures increase as our money grows (transfer sales etc).

I am not having a go at you personally TheDeeDon but please don?t let the facts hide from the truth.

I will state that Jimmy Thelin has been extremely well back by Dave Cormack but currently in my opinion he has not given Dave Cormack or the Aberdeen FC fans much in return and far less than what should have been forthcoming.

I seen they paid somewhere between 600-700k on players this season whilst our expenditure reached over ?3m.

We paid transfer fees for quite a few players this season whilst our other competitors didn?t spend that between them.

Now you can understand why it annoys me seeing how we go about our business.

We are miles off it under Jimmy Turnip

Aberdeen, Hibs and Hearts will have very similar sized wage budgets.

We have also been fortunate with the fees we have made from selling our lazy players, which allows us to invest in even more lazy players

Because I think we announced the fees paid in January, it has been used as another stick to beat us with.

I can remember Hearts fans this time last season and how much they were pulling away...

    That went to plan.

Don't overthink things min, as there is nothing you can do to change it eithet off or on the pitch.

If things annoy you so much, you should possibly take up something a bit more sedate than following the Dons.

It's really not going to be much better than it currently is.
