    Dundee United v Aberdeen

    Sunday 29th December
    5.15pm k/o
    Game on Premier Sports

We?ll all be getting a shot to change our run at this rate?

Sod getting beat off two ex-managers in a week but can?t see anything other than a defeat.

If we win this one, then I'll sit and watch a whole episode of Lorraine Kelly's TV show.

Win this one and I?ll happily eat sprouts every day of 2025. We?re rock bottom - something has to change.

Aye, but .... how many sprouts per day? Are we talkin' specifically Brussels? ... or will ye cheat and eat bean sprouts, or other kinds o' sprout?
How will ye evidence this? ... and how will we know if you're eatin' them 'happily' ?

Give us the details, and if Ah'm satisfied, Ah'll buy ye a kilo bag

Ive got a ticket for this one.

Ive also got the serious fear.

Defeat to a Jim Goodwin led joot XI - unthinkable levels of horror.

He's done a great job for them this season. Nobody can deny it.

The thought of a humping off them at the weekend is truly unthinkable.

cant see anything other than another p1ss poor performance resulting in another defeat probably 2 or 3-0 jutes and our points return reading as 3 points from a possible twenty fkn four ffs.
At this rate I am nae all that confident of our trip up to Elgin City in the cup

Cmon the dons turn this sh1t around

I actually think we might get an undeserving win in this one. Maybe 4-3 or something ridiculous with us scoring our four chances while they miss sitter after sitter. We really need a win to get our fragile pansies believing they are invincible again.

It will be a difficult game because of our defensive frailties and our lacklustre attacking displays of late.
The manager has for the first time spoken out publicly and criticised the players?which they truly deserved.

I am desperate for this guy to succeed as he was a breath of fresh air and an extremely likeable manager but now the chips are down and he has to seriously roll up the sleeves and try even harder to get a win.

We need to believe we can get the win which is ultimately required for this rot to stop.
A draw is not good enough?.we are Aberdeen, we don?t accept defeats and draws against mediocre opponents.

Dundee United have Jim Goodwin as manager.
Sacked at Aberdeen for being a truly awful manager. No need for a team pep talk before this match when that imbecile is in the opposite dugout.

I really doubt JT will mention Goodwin at all in his pep talk...just because you wanted Goodwin punted within days of his appointment, doesn't mean that JT shares your prejudices. I'd guess his team talk will be about how we perform, how we all do individually and as a unit, rather than "We can't lose to a team managed by Jim Goodwin"
