I?m not suggesting Tricky?s right, but ?nothing will come of it? is the whole point of super injunctions

Doesn’t really matter what was discussed at length before Sith joined us. What really matters is what has happened since and all the promises made for a brighter future out of the EU have, since 2016 - or 2019 if you prefer - now been proved to be groundless.

The Brexit campaign was built on lies. Several on here recognised that at the time. You claim to have voted ‘Remain’ so even you must have suspected. Time to stop defending the indefensible actions of Farage and Co. and recognise that, although they may have done very nicely out of it, our country certainly hasn’t.

Sounds an easy get out when someone is spreading unsubstantiated rumours, just say ah he must have got a super injunction. You can't just get one like you can a pack of smarties.

I just don't believe there is any credence in the rumours spread about starmer since he was elected. it would have hit the media in some form by now.

My point is that we plebs will never know (I don’t mean about Starmer I mean about anyone). And no, WE can’t get them but THEY (the wealthy/well connected) can. My point is more a reflection of my dislike of super injunctions as a thing in general.

I guess it depends what it's for. I'm no expert but I doubt you can get one for illegal activity as TTR has suggested. Most I've ever heard about seem to be around affairs. This is where THEY as you refer to them are more exposed because, we, seem to think a politician or celebrity etc having an affair as almost satanic, yet affairs are common place. I'm willing to bet despite our small numbers here, at least one of us has cheated or had an affair.

It's most likely not just the affair aspect but also the fact the rumours are around same *** relationships which a big portion of the population has a problem with even today.

Not this one. The reverse happened when I still lived in the UK but I'm not one to do the dirty on a loved one. Wasn't made that way from the start and then, experiencing first hand, what a catastrophic effect it has on you, tripled my resolve to remain true and, now in my twilight years, I'm not in any real danger of being anyone's, other than 'er indoors, flight of fancy.

I?m not even sure how big these days Sith, but certainly big news for some reason, I?d assess infidelity as the bigger ?sin? based on those who?s opinions I?m aware of, and my own. The same *** thing doesn?t even register with me. Regarding the truth or otherwise of this, personally I?d be ?very disappointed? in him based on my opinion of him as a solid citizen, but the spectres of Huw Edwards and Phillip Schofield still loom large

the lies came from the remain campaign as well mucker, even paid for with tax payer money or have you forgotten that?

As for Brexit, no government yet has embraced it and has been reluctant to introduce anything that upsets the EU.
Starmer has just cut his own throat. A few days ago, he was playing up to the press , with his getting back control over immigration. A few days later, he wants to open the door to potentially millions of under 30's workers, Never mind stabbing the fishermen even further in the back . You couldn't make it up.
