We haven't been in League One since 2015 that's absolutely shocking for a club of our size with our fan base so of course some of us are impatient.
For what it's worth I thought Maynard did OK certainly compared to some of the losers we've had over the years but not well enough to get promoted from an awful league.

The sad thing is though "fatty Evans" would probably have got us up this season.

Fatty Evans is a cheque book manager who likes to sign loads of players too there is more chance one of us gets the job than him !

The disappointment at today's news from somebody who never passes on an opportunity to wish us ill is palpable.
I felt the same way when Fword sacked Hughton.

I wish him all the best in his career and hope he finds the right fit and can continue full time in football.

If I was asked to judge his performance this season I?d probably say he did ok and if I was asked to judge the squads performance it would be an ok too. Was it an opportunity missed with this squad, not so sure.

I can?t see us dipping into the NL again for a manager because of fans reaction which is a shame if there is actually someone with the leadership and ability, we do need a leader, outside in LW looked one, IB and SM didn?t.
