It became intolerable at the point where every interview had the same phrases to play Maynard bingo with. When we cross the white line, we need to create an overload, committed from minute one, managing minutes, this group always bounce back, bodies back on the grass, great to have him in the building, good for the football club (we know it is a football club, so you can just say club) etc etc. We could tick them off the bingo card. It basically made him sound inauthentic and lacking any charisma and if he gets another shot then he should dispense with this nonsense and just be himself, which is probably a nice bloke with a good coaching brain.
Tbf LW pedalled out the same interviews for us and he did at Swansea.

On LW I?m a bit split, I think it will certainly give the club an initial boost but in L2 it was a bit all over the place under him but certainly a better watch at home.
If he does come I don?t want any of this ?I love this club I want to be here forever? rubbish, just do your job and leave the club loving bit to us.
