Sunday Times recently listed Nottingham as the 9th worst place to live in England and it regularly appears on similar lists, at least since it became known as "Shottingham" 20 years or so ago. There's probably little difference though with most cities of a similar size in Western Europe. We must have the best bus service, there is that.

I could list 20 worse places to live in about 30 seconds. My daughter is at UoN and has friends from all over England, and they all like it here. I'm not buying the fact that some ****hole towns in League 2 are in a better position to attract players.
