I agree Outwood. Increasing debt and the related interest costs are a potentially vicious circle. What I hope to see is these elements at least stabilising showing that, despite relegation, the finances are moving in the right direction.

From what I can see and read last years' accounts do not show the transfer fees we received of about 90 million quid and obviously we have another huge windfall from the imminent EPL TV money of another 130 million quid. I think the finances are moving in the right direction but thank you God for the promotion, otherwise we would have been in a spot of bother I reckon.

Apparently, the current Palace boss is in the frame.

I would be more worried about Palace than Spurs, with Parker being a South London boy

Just wondering what sort of angst-ridden posts post-Posteglocou there will be about the vacant post in the N17 postcode. Answers on a postcard please.

Must have been a kangaroo court, I thought Posteglocou was progressing by leaps and bounds, Europa League winners, what more could they expect?

Spurs are now chasing the Brentford boss but will have to fork out 10 million quid to take him. Seems like Scotty is not in the picture.

Going to be Thomas Frank I reckon. Good fit for Spurs. If he gets the job, he should take Mbueno with him. It’s what Spurs have lacked since Kane left.

It seems you will get sacked at Spurs (a) for failing to win a trophy,(b) the week before you are playing in a final to win a trophy or (c) two weeks after you have actually won a trophy. The game is about glory. Oh well.
