    That line struck me too. Not sure whether to read a lot into it, as Maynard always used to say team too.

    There will still be a figurehead, but like you say, the accountability may be shared a little more across said team. Interesting.

    That's my hunch
    Will it work?
    I don't know but any group of people in any walk of life normally do better under positive leadership where everyone knows their position in the organisation and what's expected of them
    I had a bet on us going up last season (unfortunately) but I'll keep my money in my pocket for next term until we know what the brothers have in mind
