The brothers will have known for several weeks that this was going to happen and a replacement or at least a shortlist, should have been well developed in plenty of time and it makes me wonder if first choice people are turning us down?

Not sure if they would have sacked him had we gone up. That said they will more than likely have an ongoing list of managers they are monitoring even when managers are in the job. If their being ambitious with the appointment there?s every chance some have turned us down or their stalling as there?s bigger jobs available, that?s football. One thing I?m pretty sure of is they won?t be dragging their feet with the process and also they won?t rush it, this is a big appointment.
