Reading the title my first thought was Eric dropped his wallet.
Then I read Eric is not even in turkey but Bernard is. Did Bernard borrow Eric's wallet. Does Eric even know Bernard, does he know he has his wallet.

Earthquake this morning 2.20am (uk 12 20).
Hotel shuck & it shuck us out of our bed, we had to leave our rooms & go outside.
My son & girlfriend in another hotel, so me & a mate went to check on them, both ok but sons girlfriend a bit shuck up.
Finally got back to bed after 3am.
We had only been in bed 10 minutes when earthquake hit, after leaving one of many bars last night / this morning.

Turns out it was a 5.8 magnitude earthquake.
One person reported dead & people injured around Marmaris.

Turns out it was a 5.8 magnitude earthquake.
One person reported dead & people injured around Marmaris.

There were 69 injured, & one young girl died, people were jumping out of windows when 2nd earthquake
hit, which caused the injuries.
People in hotels were taken to a park, with coffee, tea, water & blankets provided, for 3 hours, while buildings
were checked.
Went round different restaurants / bars in our resort, cracks in walls & tiles & brickwork broken off.
Reported that if the earthquake had lasted 10 seconds more, buildings would have collasped with us holiday
makers underneath it.
But home safe & sound, first time earthquake experience, not for the faint hearted.
