The new 2025-26 season sees 12 clubs who have changed their manager / head-coach,
during June 2025.
Two clubs who changed manager Cardiff City & Plymouth Argyle, were both relegated
from the EFL Championship, to play in the EFL League 1 this coming 2025-26 season.

Premier league - Tottenham Hotspur & Brentford FC bring in new bosses.

West Bromwich Albion - Norwich City - Hull City - Sheffield United - Bristol City -
Middlesbrough FC - Queens Park Rangers bring in new bosses.

EFL League One -

Cardiff City - Plymouth Argyle both relegated last season, bring in new bosses.

Ex- QPR manager Marti Cifuentes reported the frontrunner for the Leicester City job.
Cifuentes sorting out his own compensation with QPR after being sacked by the club.
He was placed on gardening leave in April by QPR then sacked in June.

Interesting note

Portsmouth FC manager John Mousinho, is the only boss to still be in charge of their
club this season, out of the teams who played in the championship last season.

Ignoring the 6 clubs who were either relegated from the premier league, or promotion
from league one, every club except Portsmouth have changed their manager in the
last 12 month's.
