We're well advanced with a restructured offer for Frankfurt expected today.

Personal terms have been agreed with the Player.

Isak's new contact is ready for the squad's return from Austria.

I don't think that's an issue for the lad as he's not their 2nd choice.

They have asked villa about Watkins, Real about Rodrygo & Palace about Mateta... so that would rank Ekitike 5th & clearly only a player they'd sign out of spite to stop us getting him.

The fear is real people. The cartel have seen us pick up the likes of Bruno & Isak when they were just watching, possibly waiting for a Bournemouth or Fulham to pick them up so they can take the risk. Then in true cartel fashion should the player prove a success muscle in and bully the mid-table club out of the player.

They hate thay Newcastle United ca not be pushed around anymore.

Our owners can buy FSG with pocket change.

Being reported now that our chairman has ordered all PIF Saudi clubs to pull out of any deals with LiVARpool after the disrespect they've shown over the Isak situation - trying to unsette rather than approach the club properly.

Saudis have walked away from Nunez etc.

If that is true, this could massively backfire if they are looking for an expensive quick sale of him.

I believe Liverpool are in good shape regarding PSR having not bought anyone of significance for a while,

    However...

They want Nunez sold to help with the striker cost, that will hurt them. Love it if true. They can't pull their cheap moves on the Saudis and expect no response.

I still hurt from when they took Hamann and Wijnaldum off us.

Liverpool have no financial issues at all. They generate significant revenues both on and off the pitch. The problem with them is the same as the Manci Red scum down the road at Old Trafford. They're owned by Americans who are in this business for profit. FSG don't want to spend big every season, preferring to take generous shareholder dividends out of the club.

PIF are a shark in the fish tank.

The Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund (PIF) has a brand value of $1.1 billion, making it the most valuable sovereign wealth fund brand globally. Additionally, PIF's assets under management (AuM) are over $930 billion, and they aim to reach $2 trillion by 2030.

FSG are the tiddler cowering under the tacky porcelain bridge.

Fenway Sports Group (FSG) is currently valued at $14.19 billion, placing them fourth on CNBC's list of most valuable sports empires. The company owns several sports franchises, including the Boston Red Sox and Liverpool Football Club. FSG also has stakes in other ventures like NASCAR's RFK Racing and the TMRW Golf League.

Should PIF decide to get int US sports. Sheikh Yasir will call Larry Fink at Black Rock, Jamie Diamond at JPMorgan Chase and Warren Buffet at Berkshire Hathaway to ask for term sheets on a $20Billion line of credit.

With that money they can stage a leveraged buy, same as the Glazers bought Man U. No Shareholder of a $14.19B company is turning down an offer of CAP+ 42.86% buy out option.

Once the buy out is complete. PIF inform EFA & EPL Liverpool is to be dissolved. They Sell Salah to Al Nasr for ?1. Flog the rest of the players off to whoever wants them.

They bulldoze Anfield, build luxury flats and a mosque. Alhamdullilah! hahaha

Hamann shouldn't have been sold. Nor should we have let Saha go at around the same time either. When have never been run well as a club, right now is the most professional because the ownership have a really serious goal for the club to become No.1. No bluster, no bragging, no delusions just the slow unstoppable, inevitable upward progression of a club backed by the World's Wealthiest Sovereign Wealth fund.

A Club backed by a group who employed the worlds most elite Lawyers, accountants, business analysts. A group who have direct connections with the British Crown, vast investments in the City of London and partially bankroll major national infrastructure projects in the UK. A Wealth fund who's closest ally is Donald. J. Trump 47th President of The United States of America.

    The facts are clear.

The Saudis wanted Boxing - They now own boxing. Everything goes through His Excellency Turki Al Sheikh.
The Saudis wanted Golf - They set up LIV Golf which is fast replacing the PGA. Sheikh Yasir is chairman.
The Saudis wanted the world cup - 2034 they host the world cup. They dropped a cool $1billion on FIFA's Club World Cup.

Are people starting to get the picture?

Newcastle United will be UEFA Champions League Winners and English Premier League Champions.

All the rest is noise. The ship has left the harbour, the voyage is underway, Little Liverpool and their regional sport club owners can't change the tide.

Some interesting questions from this article.

    https://www.nufcblog.co.uk/2025/07/1...m-sky-germany/

If Liverpool want him, they know what to do ? make a bid. But they aren?t, they are just threatening to. If this is part of their ?power play?, it feels a little weak and leaves Newcastle with the stronger hand.

Frankfurt could be encouraged to hold off agreeing a quick deal with Newcastle if they are made to believe bigger offers are coming, but it?s all talk from Liverpool?s side at this point. If Ekitike isn?t convinced Liverpool REALLY want him, this could be a factor that?s maintaining Newcastle?s encouragement on the player?s side.

So, for me, in this complex and exhausting mini saga, four things will be key in the coming days:

    1. Will Liverpool actually bid for Ekitike?
    2. Who will Ekitike pick if they do?
    3. Will Frankfurt deal quickly or encourage a bidding war?
    4. What will be Isak?s next move in all of this?
