    Migrant ***ually assaults a young girl, found guilty, having been in jail awaiting trial for a year, he gets time served. A British woman posted something a tad iffy on social media, deleted it and got 3 and a bit years inside for her trouble.

    The two sentences make me wonder just what the hell our judiciary think they're doing.

    But, as you say, that’s the judiciary, not the police…and the ‘British woman’ posted something a great deal more than a ‘tad iffy’…she advocated the murder of asylum seekers.

    I would suggest they are following sentencing guidelines MA, which irrespective of the offenders ethnic background do seem to treat ***ual offences rather lighter, than say criminal damage a factor thats been in UK law for eons. I am always baffled by sentences handed out to *** offenders, which often seem to lenient, though one does not of course no all the circumstances of each individual case.
