The report that you now seem to be referring to is the National Audit on Group-Based Child ***ual Exploitation and Abuse, which was undertaken by Louise Casey and which reported in June. It says nothing about there being ?a problem with these hotels? and says nothing about ?illegal immigrants? posing a ?disproportionate risk to the public?.

The introduction by Casey includes:
