I?ve decided to start this on 9th August as that?s the first Saturday with a full EFL and NL programme. That gives you plenty of time to study form in the friendlies! Or maybe not.

I?m offering up a handy ?30 to kick off the prize pot. If anyone wants to add to it be my guest but, as ever, there?s no compulsion and no entry fee.

Same rules as last season, predict the scores of 4 games that I pick and the results of 4 more. That?s it really. I award points and produce a table. Winner at the end of the season (normally about 39 or 40 weeks) takes the pot.

Why would I have a dig at griff,when Notts was non league he didn't take the p­iss like you and other Daley's did,I found it rather fitting that when we got promoted it was Rochdale that we swopped places with

Tbh I'm not even sure that I will be entering yet,I'm still p­issed off with footymad for going in mob handed on the Notts forum,it was disgusting to red card Swale after all of the work that he's done promoting and modding the forum over the years,they couldnt even be bothed keeping anyone up to date with what was happening

I've got a feeling that the troll will keep making appearances through the season and it will all kick off again on here and The Buzz and I would rather be out of it

It was a lot of work last season and I almost got beat by Alfs 2-0 HW streak which we all agreed not to do

I would liked to have pitted myself against howoldboy but it doesn't look like hes making a return anytime soon
