Good luck Ronnie, I have the same cancer Myeloma, or sometimes called Multiple Myeloma. I was diagnosed in 2016 when I was 70 and after my first line of chemo about 6 months was offered the chance of stem cell treatment and 70 was the optimal age, after weighing up the pros and cons turned it down. I am now on my 4th line of chemo and doing very well. Some people do well after SCT some don't,and even if they get into remission it will always come back, it is a recurring cancer. I'm not dieing with Myeloma I'm living with it, I have luckily managed to live so far 9 years with it and no major problems apart from chemo side effects.
Let's hope Ronnie is the same, well done Shytalk.
Ronnie - loved him as a player and loved him as a manager. Hope it goes as well for him as for Shytalk. All the best.
