    Alf changed tactics six months into the season going 2-0s and HWs no matter who was playing and rose up the league to finish 2nd place,if the season had lasted a few weeks longer he would have won it

    Mathematically incorrect as I was predicting the same for every match. If Alf did the same we would have each scored the same points every time, so there would be no change.

    As I cannot collect my “prize” I did suggest that it be offered to whomever came second.
