Best ignored Sith. Strangely, at coincidentally exactly the time of former moderator Tricky’s return, we’ve had the alleged return of three other former mods. Ramondo, who was excellent. Chris, who I don’t remember and Rattea, who was kind of the annoying Ram’s equivalent of Tricky.
I’m as puzzled as you are as to the motive but unless you really want to enter that self induced coma for a while I should steer clear.

As you've become aware since you've joined Footymad Sith, this platform unlike many allows non footie topics to be discussed including Politically orientated ones. Inevitably, some become heated with noticeably polarised views and, over time, this has led unfortunately to many posters leaving the site.

Having said all that the Ram Inn still produces, imo, some excellent threads and interesting comments albeit with the occasional sabre rattling. Maybe, as Andy says, some ex contributors for their own reasons still linger in the shadows who are possibly irritated that those of us still here enjoy what Footymad has to offer? Who knows but if they bear some misguided grudge that's their problem! They are of no significance!

I don't know about anyone else but I don't make a habit if lurking in the shadows 🤣

I occasionally look on here but tbh I spend far less time at my desk than I used to, so checking in here is harder. I get most of my gossip via the bile laden platform formerly known as Twitter these days, and summarised nicely on a couple of footy Whatsapp groups, one of which includes a certain Mr Rat (as well as several other former footymad regulars). Twitter (or X) is becoming increasingly depressing though, so perhaps I might spend a little more time on here. It's not great on a phone though!

As they say Ramondo each to their own. Personally I can't be arsd to be a Twitterati and don't do Whats App or whatever it is lol.
It would be great to hear from you when you have time, all input on the Rams is always welcome. Same for any other former posters who look in here now and then, you're thoughts are always welcome.

Anyway hope you are keeping well.

All day yesterday I was getting "authorisation problems". Basically, the error message said I wasn't authorised to access the site.

Today? Site's been down all day until now.

How long to the next unavailable service?

Finally got in yesterday, having done an online search and found someone who, like me, lived abroad. They VPN'ed to the UK and got into the site, as did I when I tried it. I might turn the VPN off again tomorrow and see what happens.

So far managed to get on for about 15 minutes in 3 goes. Seems like every day there is something else stopping access to site wither on phone or laptop. its frankly too boring. Im taking a sabbatical. Good luck to Rams for the next months, otherwise see ya
