    On Mason

Speaking on his YouTube channel, journalist Alasdair Gold has admitted Conte and his coaching staff have been mightily impressed with what they have seen from the 31-year-old: Ryan Mason, the players really respect him. Dont forget, he was a caretaker manager at the age of 29.

His training sessions, Im always told, are superb, really kind of tactically intelligent, challenging sessions.

So from what I understand, the coaches and these are experienced Italian coaches, theyve come in and been pretty impressed with Ryan Mason.

He does appear to have his own style of management and coaching and it is good to hear that he has the respect of the players and fellow coaches.
A decent run of performances - and indeed results will enhance his reputation. Much too early to comment, but we may be a great career stepping stone for him ? ! Let’s hope or that’s the case he sets us up prior to a move on

It is early Pranders. I like the way he takes the pressure off though by saying things like, lets see where this takes us and I want you to enjoy your football instead of big expectations. His training is good but its more about getting the lads to work for each other. Corberan and Mason have turned a lot of things around.
