Anyone Got The Virus?

Rife where we live with throat infections, really bad coughs and shortness of breath. I have been knocked out with it all week but due to it being viral nothing you can do or take.

Nope -and don't want it either thanks! I had it earlier this year, no sore throat but felt like I'd been hit by a bus and laid up for a week and then took me about 6 weeks to properly recover. The worst thing was the fatigue and shortness of breathe which seemed to take forever to go and very frustrating. I did check with my GP in case but, as you say, not a lot you can do with a virus.

Anyhow, hope you feel better soon Al, but just be prepared for it to take a while before you properly recover.

Thanks Omeg - feel slightly on the mend. Had my five a day yesterday - red grapes in the shape of a nice bottle of Melbec. It made me feel a bit better 😂
