Playing both Shinnie and Nilsen as the midfield double pivot

The club should have really targeted signing a younger and more mobile ball winner type than relying on two old men who can barely move, neither of them are remotely good enough any more to start for the team , turgid central midfield duo , technically as weak as piss, so i guess its the usual today from Thelin, if you win the ball, 2 passes then hoof down the pitch

These players should be doing better. Newbies look the best. The rest are meh and unsurprisingly unable to find the target never mind score. No brainfart moment... yet.

God we are a frustrating watch.

Just such a struggle to ever get in behind and create good chances.

The midfield 2 really dont help mind, just create nothing & offer nothing going forward.

Gyamfi looks promising - strong lad who
looks decent on the ball & Karlsson looks dangerous and our most likely goal source, but we are just not a free flowing unit that creates chances.

We will get the usual guff about new players needing time to gel - not causing the diets many issues so far is it.

To be fair I think we have signed the icelandic guy and we have Polvara and Palaversa who can play there but aren't getting picked.
Surely Nilsen will be subbed soon. Get the serbian on as well

Deservedly bottom. Not even close to scoring a goal against our relegation rivals at home. No urgency, no quality and a manager that in all honesty hasn't got a clue. His football is absolutely sh ite.

The club has never spent as much money on players and looked as ****e as it does now

Utterlly insipid, there seems to be an acceptance of medicocrity because of the cup win, i think its 5 or 6 league wins in a calender year, its is a murderous run and the manager would have been fired many moons ago if not for the cup win

Nope, miles off it. Not good enough by a long way.

4 games played, 12 points behind the diets, zero goals scored. Add that to last seasons shyte run from November and its sacking material.

Weve spent an absolute fortune in AFC and Scottish terms, theyve had two full weeks to prepare, we were told everyone is fit and available bar Devlin and thats what we get?

Questions have to start being asked.

Lose in the cup to Motherwell next week (entirely likely currently) and I think the support will definitely turn. Just very, very poor yet again.

That today was pathetic yet again.

Our passing is atrocious, we give the ball away so easily.

Our players get brushed off the ball with no effort from the opposition.

Nobody in our squad can actually put a decent fvcking cross into the box, it’s embarrassing.

I really wanted it to work for Thelin but it’s obvious how its going to end for him, teams sussed out how to play against us in November but he is still trying to play the same way. We are so easy to play against.

The most worrying thing for me is the way we played today was just as bad as anything we witnessed under Glass,Goodwin, Robson or Warnock.

Once Cormack is backed into a corner by our fans and has no option but to sack Thelin then he better not tell the next manager to try to play out from the back or I will personally buy a cannon and fire him into the North Sea.
