Maybe so, but Nisbet's miss was not as poor as the first two.
    As for the Jensen miss
There is no way he should be letting any fcukin keeper get a touch on his shot from there. That should have been blasted past any keeper and ripping a hole in the net.

The french dudes miss was nae much better.

I am sure the goals will come eventually but in the meantime we cannot continue to pass them up like we are doing when they do come

Thats all i am saying and we need Nisbet on the end of most of them chances instead of being provider as he will score more than he misses.

Just watched the highlights. Jensens shot, I don't think he got a great shot away. Ball looks a little behind him.

We might not have scored, but we certainly played some good stuff to get chances, which we didn't take.

That touch from Karlsson to tee himself up for the shot he put into the side net, was footballing p*rn.

Nisbet was about 2 yards from goal and didnt hit the target.

I would say his miss was worse than the other two.

    As DeeDon has said above.
We are creating chances which has to be looked at positively.

Nisbet will score more chances than he will miss this season, I think we all know that.

Just a pity he's not playing off another. I don't see him as a lone forward, stretching defences or holding the ball up etc but like you confident he'll score plenty if given the chance. I also enjoy watching him, he surprises me sometimes with his skill.

Football is so changed now though - I can't think of any 'striking duos'?

It's a pity we never got him sooner, I'm not saying Yengi will ever be a world beater but the perception he was our main man heaped pressure on the guy from the start. If he'd looked like 'an option' he might have been cut more slack. A real entitled element is growing in our support. People getting booed as they are subbed off is really winding me up, boo the team if you must but not individuals mid ganme.

Said it last season as well, I would really like to see Nisbet along side a decent striker partner in a two up front formation, but Thelin appears to be so fcukin Stubborn that it is highly unlikely we will ever see that.
Have not see a great deal of Lazetic but seen enough to be of the opinion he is decent but a different type of player than Nisbet, think the two of them could be a formidable partenrship.
Personally think it is worth going with the two of them up front which would more than likely instantly turn our fortune and turn our chances into goals. Why oh fkn why is Thelin tooo fcukin stubborn to give that a go. It simply canna be any fkn worse than we are seeing just now .

Cmon tae fk Jimmy you know it makes sense min. Make it happen

I have not said much after each match played this season. What I will say now though is probably the best thing that can be said to help our season. Ditch the 4-2-3-1 formation. It is the tactics for current managers who are lazy coaches. Midfield players (especially in our league) are over protected and are made lazy by these tactics. Make them earn a shift and up their game a bit more. Our midfield players are rank. Do absolutely nothing to influence games. I really blame the 4-2-3-1.

He just has to go with two up front. He has been backed by the club to bring in players, and he now has the luxury of probably one of the biggest squads any Aberdeen manager has ever had. If he continues to be as totally fkn stubborn as he has been (cup final day excluded) then if he does continue with his stubborness then you would think his jacket is hinging on a shoogly peg.
It's time he changed things up and and going with two up front would be a good place to start with.
