Just reading in the P&J about a bloke who has had his RAAC home in Torry done over for copper piping. He moved out of it, as didn't feel safe and think he has been justified in claiming that.

I was over in Torry for a walk last week and went past my old (RAAC) house and the council should be thoroughly ashamed for what they have done. They can f*ck right off with their claims of security patrolling the area. Doors and windows smashed in all over and fly tipping galore going on. I am sure I saw a rat (nae Ryan Jack), but with my eyesight, I could well have been mistaken. There is even a tree lying against the roof of one empty property. There are people having to live next to it in RAAC houses or the Flats close by. It is very close to Tullos Primary too.

I truly hope that Christian Allard guy gets kicked out at next years elections. They guy is a grade A tool.

I believe funding has now been resolved and hopefully they can get the poor folk compensated and moved out of it, but what a way to treat people.

It was never an easy situation, but ACC have really screwed it up and then some.
