Yesterday I heard that Nelmsy does not have an anchor tenant lined up for the retail and. leisure part of his new stadium development at Campy Nou.
This goes in tandem with Nelmsy’s failure to have a Garden of Remembrance or a Memorial Garden next to his Crematorium.

How could he have these tenants lined up? Would you agree to a proposal that has no start date? I suppose it is your ambition to see new owners at Dens, but in the meantime, could it be better for our club to hope that the stadium development goes ahead? Of course, you can make your arguments but I am not convinced that changing owners is in our best interests.

But surely whether or not a change of owners would be in the best inerests of the club would depend on the possible new owners?

They'd have to be pretty poor to be worse than the current lot IMO

Yes, I agree that our owners seem to be less interested in Dee supporters than the owners of other clubs are interested in their supporters. Possible exception, just now, Celtic Board who seem to be on a collision course with their fans.

I think we have some very regular posters and articulate supporters who think there could be big improvements in the way our owners communicate how they run the football side of our club.

Youth setup doing well, Players speaking positively about the improvements Elvis has made to training, better defensive record, poorer goal scoring record,
But, players on loan seem to be random and not addressing fan based concerns. If the fan speculation is wrong, there's no need to say it's wrong and cause offense, just say what the club is actually trying to do,

That's exactly what most fans seem to think. Don't think it's what Elvis wants.

When the Overgate Centre was being rebuilt the owners already had Debenhams lined up as the anchor tenant.

Keyes was at the home game against the Dabs on Sunday 31st August 2025 but since then he has never uttered a word to the Dundee FC supporters.
Nelms only speaks to the DSA committee members because they do as they are told to keep their privileges in Gardyne.
