I've been trying for 12 months to post anything, but no joy.
I think this explains the lack of participants.

Yes, it is the walking dead my friend. I would not mind if the views were a couple of dozen but there are hundreds and sometimes thousands of views and so my question is what's your problem that you can view posts and yet bugger off without contributing. If 1000 fans watch away games and 4000 home fans at home, you would thing a few percent would want to say summat!
But this is how its been for a long time and its nothing like when we had an official fans board that was moderated by the club but as usual its too much trouble.
I'm wondering if the views are the clubs players and also rans and under instructions to say nowt as you would think they would all want to know what the fans think...

At last
Mike I seem to recall that on average 5%-10% responds to any issue. So in our clubs that would amount to 200 or 400. That is a fair amount of Walking Dead.
I don't consider myself as "walking dead" but I will say accessing this board has become more difficult over recent months. There was a period of time when I couldn't get on it at all, and now I have to prove I am not a bot every time I come on here. I used to leave it open on my laptop all the time and just hop on and off as I saw fit. But now it effectively drops me out after about 10 minutes if I don't actually act on it. I have other things in my life apart from football and whilst I am obviously interested in the Alex I do not much care for many of the aspects of the game. That said, It would be a shame if this board was not here although I do post and respond on Facebook, so it is not my only opening to talk a bout all things Crewe
Only meant as a bit of tongue in cheek fun. But it is sad. Agree re the poor condition of this site when these problems are so easly fixed if they post a project on say freelancer.com or guru.com.
Exactly my experience - I used to be on all the time so i could quickly dip in and out, now as well as proving i'm not a bot I regularly have to login again - just did in fact. Still had to prove I wasn't a bot first as well, to get to the login stage. Sometimes you have 2 minutes to comment but not 5 to jump through all the hoops, so net result - no post.
I kept being told that I didn't have permission to post and sometimes was told to refresh page and log in again.
I just kept trying until I got in.
Same thing happening again now
When is the monitor of this site going to take action? For round about $100 you could have this site updated in Wordspeed which can be operated and administered simply and efficiently. Post a project on freelancer.com or guru.com I can recommend them.
